1909 – EDA I. 

This airplane is 12 metres long and 8 metres wing opening. The first flight with this plane was done above "Campagnuzza",
a field situated near Gorizia.
During the first try, Edoardo could fly for 60 metres. at a height of 2 metres. A few days later he was able to rise at a height of 12 metres and the fly lasted 500 metres.
Edoardo Rusjan was the first person in the Austro-Hungarian Empire to fly with a plane in the sky...totally constructed and
projected by himself. After him came an Italian man named Aristide Faccioli.
